Terms of Use

Welcome to Yuth. These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of yuth.life (the "Site") and, once available, our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Site and Services are owned and operated by Yuth Inc. ("Yuth," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.
1. About Yuth and Current Status
Yuth is currently in development. We are building a platform designed to help you understand how you age over time by interpreting physiological responses in relation to actions and context.
Important: We do not currently offer a product or active services. This Agreement primarily governs your use of our Site and will be updated when our Services become available. We will notify you of material changes before our Services launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
3. Account Registration
When our Services become available, you will need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Keep your account credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or provide false information.
4. Use of Services
4.1 License
Once our Services launch, we will grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
Remove or modify any proprietary notices
Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Property
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by Yuth and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
"Yuth" and all related marks, logos, and designs are trademarks of Yuth Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
5.2 Your Content
When our Services launch, you may be able to submit content such as health data, notes, observations, and other information ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content, but you grant us a limited license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content
Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
Your Content does not violate any applicable laws
5.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Yuth or the Services, we may use such feedback without any obligation to you.
6. Future Subscription Services
When our Services become available, they may be offered on a subscription basis. We will provide clear information about:
Subscription terms and pricing
Payment methods and billing cycles
Cancellation and refund policies
Changes to subscription terms
All subscription terms will be presented to you before you commit to any paid Services.
7. Health Information Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The Services are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice.
The Services are intended for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You should not use the Services as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Never disregard medical advice because of information from the Services
Understand that physiological data may be subject to limitations and inaccuracies

The Services do not create a doctor-patient relationship
Yuth is not responsible for health outcomes resulting from your use of the Services

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of this Agreement
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your Content or any information you provide
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@yuth.life to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
14.3 Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
You and Yuth agree that:
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis
You waive any right to a jury trial
You waive any right to participate in a class action
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@yuth.life within 30 days of accepting this Agreement.
14.4 Exception
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
15. Termination
15.1 By You
You may stop using the Services at any time. When subscription services become available, you may cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
You violate this Agreement
We are required to do so by law
We decide to discontinue the Services
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Services will cease
We may delete Your Content in accordance with our data retention policies
Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yuth regarding the Services.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
